Are you a Cyclist, Triathlete, Duathlete looking to improve your fitness over the winter ?? Then STRENGTH SPIN  is for you.

Strength Spin is a 16 week program geared toward Cyclists, Triathletes or anyone wanting a challenging weekly workout. This workout consists of 30 mins of circuit training, which focuses on core and leg strength, followed by approx 90 mins of on the bike work. STRENGTH SPIN will keep you fit and strong while having fun during the winter months.
