"I did my first triathlon and 1/2 marathon in 2007. My goals were always to better my times or 1 aspect of my race. I was able to do this while training with friends and clinics. In Feb 2010 I started training with Rob once a week. 2010 was my best triathlon season ever. I podiumed 5 out of 6 races and bettered my time in one of my favorite triathlons by 7 mins. If this taught me one thing, it's strength training can increase your endurance, speed and overall confidence".
